In response, the candidate suggest that it will be better for the country as much more can be accomplished with a seat in Congress, especially when it comes to impeaching Trump and taking back the house.
In fact, Mike suggest that even if not qualified, if Trump can be president, then most anyone can qualify for a seat in Congress. Whereas, in this case, Mr. Sax is decently informed as to the issues in the 2nd district of New York. In the past several elections, Democrats keeping loosing to Republicans. As such, Mike hopes to change this in the 2018 election with a win in which the chaos can be calmed and those in power are held responsible for acts of treason.
While never having run before, Mr. Sax has seen clearly that the only reason King keeps winning is because the people whom vote in that direction are friends and family. With this being the case, there are a number of people voting for the incumbent whom have no idea as to the successes or failures of the past terms.
A number of Americans firmly believe the government is edging on a Constitutional crisis. Whereas, Mike believes the country is already at that point. For, there are a number of issues currently under review on which the two major parties have not been able to find a compromise. As such, there is currently a threat to the ongoing operations of the government, including a possible shut-down or collapse.
In large part, the candidate hopes to lead a campaign which not only will be successful but will lead to impeachment of Trump. As a long-time political influencer, the blog will no doubt have some impact on voters in the 2nd district. With a campaign slogan of "The Train To Impeachment, " it is clear the candidate's first priority is to unseat Trump and the GOP whether through blog posts or a successful win for Congress.
