What To Know About Constitutional Crisis Trump Russia Collusion

By Douglas Russell

A lot of the top minds like political analysts and law professors believe that Trump will eventually resign from his position as president. The reason for this is because of complications that have arisen involving collusion with Russia. It may not seem like it now, but this may be the only route for the president to take both to save himself and his children from potential criminal charges in this constitutional crisis Trump Russia collusion.

A lot of people are familiar with Trump Jr.'s now famous text, which simply read, "If it's what you say I love it especially later in the summer". Besides lack of proper punctuation, this seems vague but has pointed to what the meeting in question may have been about. These emails have been strong indicators that there has been criminal activity.

This presidential election saw the clash of two established political dynasties, which both fell under Donald Trump. Now it seems to be his goal to create his own political collusion. This is evident now matter what his policy goals may be, which remain unclear.

The president wanted James Comey to close the Russia investigation into the Trump family that the FBI director was leading. This was when the president suggested that he would only allow Comey to keep his job if he were to close the investigation. This is a form of offering a bribe and is part of what got Nixon impeached.

When Comey was fired, the Trump Administration insisted that it was because of the way he handled the main investigation of Hillary Clinton. This is an odd claim because that was a big part of what helped the Trump campaign win the election. Comey acted improperly, but it was odd timing for the firing to happen.

When a private investigation is called for, it is generally the duty of a select congressional committee or a special prosecutor. These groups or individuals are there to make sure that the facts are looked at and not overturned. It can be particularly important in such cases where someone is trying to break the rules defined in the Constitution.

When James Comey was fired, it was at the request of Jeff Sessions, the attorney general. It was discovered that Sessions had had a meeting with officials from Russia that he had not told anyone about, and for that reason, he had decided he should not take part in the Russia investigation. However, he still thought it would be fine for him to find reasons to fire the person in charge of the investigation.

The Magnitsky Act was made to punish Russian officials who were involved in the death of an accountant in prison. While this might not seem like something that would interest any of the Trumps, that is what the meeting is claimed to be about now. However, the emails that were sent about it do not seem to match this claim.
