They work behind the scenes. Behind every powerful politician are the number of people supporting them through other yet very necessary means. Doing this type of job would require skill and patience since working in the government has its ups and downs. True, the stress is going to drive anyone up the wall, especially if they are going to be doing some supporting and all kinds of duties required for them. That is what happens behind Political Social Work.
Taking into account that they will have to create some rules and regulations, workers here have to do a lot of research first. They need to follow some values and ethics. Policies that follow the code of conduct and morality our society has bombed us with through all these years. And that is just one of the things they do.
Even the ones that actually have a bit of influence in the matter. Those that give their opinions and ideas, whispers the ideas themselves into their ears like little demons. Those people are involved in it too. Having them would be great for a dynamic. Every single one of their voices should be heard no matter how stupid some of them could get.
Not only that, but they also need to have some kind of unbiased opinions since they will most likely have to give out their own opinions to support and help their figure. When asked or when a situation of dire capacity arises, their input will be put into good use, whether it was a badly stated one or not. After all, our leaders have to know about all kinds of opinions since the rest of the world probably does not agree with them.
In all honesty, though, has he REALLY been the one in charge of everything he has done so far? Sure, he calls the shots most of the time, and we cannot really make light of what goes on in his brain. He is a president for a reason, after all. But to be honest, he does not actually take a substantial action without the voices of reason all around him, right?
Having them at their side is kind of a requirement. Who else is going to be doing the small and slightly menial labor that leaders could not bother to do themselves? Granted, it would be sort of weird to see a mayor himself actually decorate the hall. Those are left for the lower ranked workers of course.
Others could judge those types of people for being too cowardly or something. Some would just respect their decision and move on, being someone who values privacy and safety the most. Sometimes it might be better to just move one step at a time without hurting anyone or getting themselves get caught in anything they were not particularly caring about.
Which begs the question, why do they care? If it does not really affect them in any way, why bother criticizing? This could very well speak for the entirety of our race. Even the ones working behind the power. Not all of them have the integrity we hoped they had. They work there because it pays well, not because they fully support their leaders.
No matter how small it is, it literally is still a job and everyone should respect that. With that said, social workers are the same and shall be respected too. No one who sits behind that important chair would even be there without them.
